Using NLP to overcome stress
The pros and cons of stress
Most people experience some level of stress as part of everyday life. Moderate stress is healthy. It gives you drive and determination. It is a natural biological response and gives you some "get up and go", a bit of "umph".
Stress is only a problem when it occur as a regularresponse to normal circumstances or during very ordinary activities. Then it's like trying to complete a marathon by sprinting all the way - exhausting.
In the work place negative stress can effect productivity and efficiency. And it is totally unnecessary.
Using NLP to combat stress
You can teach yourself to unwind, to regain control of stress, now and in the future, by:
- Exploring and understanding the causes of stress
- Learning how to set-up different mental and emotional responses
- Maintaining healthy habits and routines
- Preventing further excessive stress symtoms
- Enjoying a natural calmness and sense of wellbeing
- Experiencing healthy levels of motivation and energy
In fact, my clients often tell me how quickly and easily they enjoy relaxing because of NLP and self-hypnosis.
